During the several years working on our solution, the Engineous team delivered the following : 

• SSO scripts including provisionning 
• API development to ITSM solutions
• Improvements of the Natural Language Processing API of the solution
• Specific front-end UX/UI
• Javascript / web developments to improve users' journeys
• ...

Engineous developped a true technical expertise of our solution, and acts as a CTO.

We work very closely with the Engineous team : we have a daily meeting together, and share a Jira board. We build ticket estimate together.
Tickets are most of the time delivered on time, and when it is not the case, we have clear visions of the unexpected technical difficulties. 
The team reacts quite quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of our relationship with team leader, Kalpesh, is precious to us. He is truly involved and fully aware of our relationship with clients. He often suggested creative solutions to help us progress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Engineeous could have done differently?

We could improve our tests process, and also the way we onboard new developers on the solution (to better teach the "business" part).

Engineeous intervenes:

• At the product level by carrying out technical studies that allow to meet functional needs, then developing the feartures once they have been conceived and designed.
• At the level of our customers' projects by integrating, making evolve and by maintaining the projects

Engineeous delivers the results of their technical studies and developments during two-week sprints, with a release rate up to once per week. Engineeous also write technical documentation and keeps track of every deployments.

The growth and then stability of the company’s turnover as well as the quality of its clients who have been placing their trust for many years.

• A working method has been developed in conjunction with Engineeous over the years.
• Engineeous has always been able to adapt flexibly to our needs, even temporarily.
• Deliveries have always been regular and Engineeous has always done everything to deliver on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ease of working, organizing and exchanging with a remote team and time difference. In addition, the team has always been able to respond to complex problems under these conditions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Engineeous could have done differently?

It sometimes would have been beneficial to communicate more about the difficulties encountered on some tasks so that doubts can be removed more quickly (even though it wasn't a ruglar issue).
