We had weekly meetings with a team to be on the same page about development. After releasing the site, Empat constantly worked on improving its speed because we had lots of animation, which could be a problem, but wasn't for us, because the development team knew how to make fast and pretty.

We conducted most of the communication with the project manager, but there were also meeting with frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers.

We had a request to create a site to provide information to potential customers about us and the services we provide, to publish for our segment of professional impact reviews of market situations in general and trends that have dominated the office real estate market.

We considered several options for local companies and chose Empat. Their CEO held an intro-meet for us, where we asked all the questions and got to know their approach to work, and we were quite satisfied with it.

I had a stable team of 7 people: PM, front-end and back-end developers, and a designer. At times, we also brought in a SEO specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of our cooperation, we received a platform on which we can place information about our company and thus become closer and more open to our potential clients/partners. Also, the results of our research can be published and everyone can get acquainted with them. We are glad that we can broadcast information about ourselves and the fruits of our work to the masses.

After all the requirements and desires were agreed, we started working in the mode of 1 status check per week. Depending on what stage the project was at, the manager organized both internal meetings to discuss emerging issues and meetings with team members to present the results of the work done. The agreed deadlines were met.

The project was a great success. From start to finish, the guys were brilliant to work with. I presented a rough brief of what we wanted and they creatively and effectively delivered exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to develop a website from scratch and I really appreciate all the hard work.

Can't think of any that guys haven't implemented after receiving some sort of advice in my feedback during our long cooperation.

Empat’s project manager Igor was our lead contact, and there were also team of technical specialists: 2 backend developers, IOS & Android developers, QA manager, DevOps. There were also UI/UX designer and Product Manager.

The application is on its final stages to be launched to the market. But so far, we are very satisfied with the deliverables.

They leverage Jira, which has been effective in tracking the status of various tasks. Their project management style includes working in two-week sprints followed by PM and our approval. That’s been efficient, and we work well together as we implement changes into the app. During active development, we met every week.

The willingness to go above and beyond to achieve our goals and make us happy about our experience has never wavered. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had came from the team.

Overall, I am pleased with their work. So far, they've completed everything I've asked of them.

Empat handled the development efforts of our Webflow website. There were multiple pages with interactions and animations tools. Things got done on time. I was happy with the fact that my PM was available to us each week, we received weekly progress reports. That helped me know where we were and what direction we were going in.

Empat performed admirably because they were extremely organized and kept excellent track of everything. We used Slack as our primary communication tool, and we held weekly calls throughout the project.

The website is been solid and stable. Empat developed it quickly to get us up and running fast. Our major goal was to enhance the user interface and experience on our website which was achieved successfully.
