For what projects/services did your company hire eCommX, and what were your goals?

We worked with eCommx for conversion rate optimization for our webshop. Helping me to have a better understanding of the way that my customer thinks and goes around my website.

In the first month - eCommX analyzed the situation, created a staging copy of the website, and started fixing and improving. We have worked on the changes and improvements with constant feedback from both sides. We - for our niche, eCommX - for eCommerce and conversion rate.

How many people from the eCommX team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They were 2 people. I work directly with Marin. I think he is the founder.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have achieved sustainable growth without increasing our ads budget. At the end of the 3rd month we have reached: 93% increase of conversion rate 173% increase in orders 103% increase in net revenue 13X abandoned cart revenue

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Marin gave me a lot of time while helping me, making me think it was all about the project. He even gave me his personal phone so I could call if there is a issue or something happens. We were using Trello daily for every move we've made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing is Marin. This guy was there for me all the time / even on weekends. I was feeling special.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am not sure. The team provided quality results, which made me happy.
