While EbizON Digital demonstrated strong project management and responsiveness, there is room for improvement in a few areas. Some bug fixes required multiple iterations before final resolution, suggesting that more rigorous initial quality assurance could reduce rework and speed up issue resolution.

Komal quickly understood key areas of concern and was very responsive in steering her team toward solutions.  Most of the assignment was already right at an initial stage. This allowed us to quickly focus on the final details.  Everything proceeded at a good pace.
