We manufacture Pet, Jars and Containers for Pesticide, Pharma and juice companies. I am the CEO of this company.

The goal was to increase our brand awerness and increase Sales and Leads with the help of digital media.

E-xcape was the first agency that we engaged with, the overall purpose was to increase our brand awerness and to get more leads through digital media mainly social platforms. They did exactly what we were looking for by understaing our business and working with loyalty and honesty. They revamped our Website as well as created our social media presence from scratch and focused on search engines to increase the organic visits to our website.

What was the team composition?

The team which was working for us was a bunch of awesome people. Following resources from E-xacpe were dedicated for our company. Media and Planning Executive, Wordpress Web developer, Content Writer, Client servicing head.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes overall we saw a drastic increase in the number of leads that we received during this time period and we were surprised to see the impact that was created in the market in terms of awerness.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had ups and downs but after few weeks their team was able to grasp the whole thing and they came up with a efficient way to communicate and report so that they could coordinate better with the brand side.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about this company is that they're always coming up with new ideas and putting in a lot of effort.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes a company has to improve continuously but in specific I cant think of anything right now.
