Dot it team delivered mock- ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page with a contact form.

Mohamed is our project manager and our main point of contact throughout the process.

Our Guests love the website/platform design, and they now have a better an easier access to/ a better understanding of our services.

We communicated on a weekly basis via zoom/google meet, crossed the Tees and dotted the Iys.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have never worked with WordPress before, so they took the time to teach us how to Navigate through it.

They were always quick to fix any issues.

I hired Dot IT to design a website for my company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I wrote to 4 web designing companies and Dot IT was the fastest to answer. I have sent an request for quotation on Sunday around 13:00 and 5 hours later I had an offer.

We had one videoconference to discuss our cooperation, I received 6 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once I chose a theme, they finalized the design in a week.

I worked with CEO of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For my company to have own website is already a success, because we didn't have one. Now we are waiting for our business to grow, because more clients have possibility to hear about our services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The CEO was easy to communicate with and provided me with daily updates. At the beginning we communicated through e-mails but at the final stage we used WhatsApp. Website was delivered fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate that they were patient and thoughtful while I was changing content few times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Services could be cheaper but delivery time was more important than price.
