I’m a project coordinator at The British University in Egypt, a private university that does projects related to education and entrepreneurship.

We needed a website developed for one of our projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We kicked off our engagement with Dot IT through a brainstorming stage wherein we gave them all the information about our services and our expectations for the website. Their team then proceeded with the product development stage, implementing the tech solutions and integrating functionalities to complete our website.

Upon developing the site, Dot IT trained our internal team and staff on how to apply site changes and updates through its interface. They then supported us with post-development services to ensure that the site was bug-free and up and running.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We officially launched the website last March 2021. It wasn't built to be complicated, but when compared to other websites within the same project, we were satisfied with its quality, and its design stood out as well. Our partners provided positive reviews and feedback. They particularly liked the site's professional and simple look. We attribute the platform's successful launch to Dot IT's development skills and their unwavering willingness to apply changes based on our feedback.

We mainly communicated via phone and email. Dot IT was a responsive team that delivered results based on our preferences and expectations.

I wrote to 4 web designing companies and Dot IT was the fastest to answer. I have sent an request for quotation on Sunday around 13:00 and 5 hours later I had an offer.

We had one videoconference to discuss our cooperation, I received 6 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once I chose a theme, they finalized the design in a week.

For my company to have own website is already a success, because we didn't have one. Now we are waiting for our business to grow, because more clients have possibility to hear about our services.

The CEO was easy to communicate with and provided me with daily updates. At the beginning we communicated through e-mails but at the final stage we used WhatsApp. Website was delivered fast.

Services could be cheaper but delivery time was more important than price.
