I am the Director of the company. We are working since 1997 in the Building Material field and now started working as a Re-Engineering of premium quartz slabs. We innovate QUARZO just to fulfill the public demands and also want to educate the people about adopting quartz- Re-engineered slabs.

As We started the New Venture Called Quarzo, so We need to develop the website and we are looking for a firm that understands our need and meet our requirement, also looking for the Graphics Designer as well for the create the brochure and all the Social Media Posting, By doing this we were hoping to increase the visibility of the company.

We were looking the company who are exist in Indore, Ujjain, Udaipur and Mumbai, and we got so many suggestions by google and we had talk with so many agencies but they all are not meet with our requirements, then we got saw the Digital Upway in Instagram.

The Guy Who handles the Company, his name is Chirag, we Contact him directly and ask for a quick meeting, he treats us very politely and first he understands the Product and our Requirements and they charge very Less from the Market with high quality of work, after that he sent me the quotation and Process how to execute and manage all these things and after all the discussion and satisfaction we take him onboard then he and his team doing the great work.

Mr. Chirag who founded the company, was available all time when we wants to discuss anything about the design and content, one of the developers is also involved in the team and shows us timely changes and modifications.

Yes, the Design and the work are very appreciated, our clients and so many people take reference of this company after the launching the website.

We don't need any meetings to explore the work coz they updated us timely and currently, we are in touch with their GRAPHICS DESIGNER for the Graphics of the products. My Team and I like Digital Upway's work.

No Doubt they are Professionals with previous experience and Chirag and his team's experience shows in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, They should hire more people to manage things so work won't delay. our website launched on the 2nd day of the deadline, but I think this is not a big thing towards the services and work honesty they deliver, Overall experience is good and Recommended to all.

Basically we are in the field of ceramic and we are the exporter of the same so we have to share catalogue to our customer to engage daily basis via E-mail, we have wide range of the customers who check our News letter and engage with our product, so we have decide the hire an responsible Agency who take care of our goals.

Then we got Digital Upway's Reference from one of My Friend, because they are already taken services from this Agency and he is satisfy with their services.so he suggest me to talk with agency which is based on Ahmedabad and Ujjain MP. I guess. so its all about from the reference.

Actually our product and our thought process is very simple and we have discussed with Digital Upway, Like we need only graphics and Email Marketing for Emailing to our customer. and they easily understand.

Then we ask for the demonstration for the 5 Emails, and they consider for the demo after the complete demo the open rate is 20% like only two people open the Email out of the 5 but the They 2 People responding of the Email which is the good sign for us. so then we decide to work with Digital Upway.

We Worked with our Email Marketing expert and they have expertise in multiple segmentation of Digital Marketing.

As I Mention earlier review, We don't got Open rate but yes I must they have accuracy in the Email Delivering which is the most important and they deliver the report on a monthly basis.

We don't need to hold meetings to check their work because they are responsible for sharing monthly reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I must say they work properly, We are looking for an SEO expert for our website ranking and Soon our board will take a meeting the hire an agency. I just recommend the name of Digital Upway First in the front of our board of directors, and let them decide the SEO Project giving to which agency. I guess this company is fit for our expectations.

Till date I never find any mistake in this agency, work is proper.

We worked with Website Developer, and Social media Executive, Graphic Designer for post and PPC executive.

To be honest, we get the result from leads generation and very cost effective and also increase the engagement on social media as well as website, they send us report on monthly basis.
