We hired Digital Marvels for designing Pakistan’s first ever Tax Expenditure Report, published by FBR.

We obtained quotations from various vendors, and this company seemed a suitable choice in terms of cost and relevant experience.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project consisted of designing, editing, and formatting of a detailed tax expenditure report which included title, text, tables, charts, infographics, design and aesthetics. Digital Marvels did an excellent job in converting a simple MS word document into a splendid world class fiscal report on tax expenditure of the federal government of Pakistan.

How many resources from the Digital Marvels team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A team of two designers were deputed by company, who were supervised by the Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The report was successfully published (digitally) by the vendor in time, and available online at the website of FBR.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I being the project manager for this job found it convenient to develop a smooth communication flow with the vendor team. The team was courteous and forthcoming.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Effective and smooth communication, vendor’s team was always reaching out and taking all initiatives to finish the job in time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not as such.

We are a Cardiology specialist clinic (Heart of Melbourne) based in Melbourne, with branches in Greater Melbourne region. I am the Director at company.

We hired Digital Marvels (Pvt) Ltd for revamp and development of two websites for our company. Moreover, we assigned SEO of the websites to Digital Marvels, and also obtained IT support services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Digital Marvels from their good repute in the IT industry and referral through word of mouth, and after going through their reviews available online.

Scope of work included revamp and development of our websites: (https://www.hom.com.au/) and (https://australiancardiology.com.au/). On-page and off-page SEO for our websites. Artwork and creative design for the official collateral, and some components of IT support services.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were four people involved from vendor's team. The main point of contact was Habiba Hassan. She got all the work done from her team including designer, developer, and SEO executive and reported to us directly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Digital Marvels created excellent websites, which are responsive on all devices and load quickly. Moreover, the SEO done by their team was quite effective. Design and creative work was also up to the mark and as per our requirement.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Habiba made a competent and relevant team available for execution of our project, which was admirable. She was responsive and communicated well and in time. She managed almost all of the timelines well, except one situation which was communicated to us in time. So it was not an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Complete transparency and breakdown regarding the cost of the project were provided. Aside from Digital Marvels' top-notch quality, their quotations were better than what other companies did.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project was executed as per our expectations. We are satisfied with the services provided by Digital Marvels.
