I'm operating officer with Big River eCommerce Solutions, and had direct contact with Onetikk PVT Ltd Management - Krishna K, Kavitha S, Dileep G, and Arjun K.

Our company (Big River eCommerce Solutions) paid Onetikk to build a SaaS eCommerce platform under 19 months of development. We hoped to build a SaaS eCommerce platform for small to medium-sized websites and provide close IT and marketing support and services. They downloaded a $60.00 eCommerce software application from Themeforest called 'Fleetcart', and presented it as their work and the work our company was paying for. It was done in a deceptive and fraudulent manner. They never produced any of the services we paid them for.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a long-standing business relationship over 6 years before we commissioned Onetikk to start building the eCommerce application.

We described in detail our business objectives over a few months of discussion and planning. Onetikk suggested using a PHP Laravel framework, which surprised us as they are ASP.NET focused. We continuously tried to gain insight and updates on the project's progress, but we received nonsense technical jargon without further explanation.

We kept asking for further explanation and proof of technical functionality of the application but were met with aggression from their management team. In December 2021 we discovered Onetikk had not developed any application. They were downloading a $60.00 software application from Themeforest.net called 'Fleetcart', and installed the software manually on a server to make it appear there was a SaaS eCommerce platform.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our company lost the entire investment into this project, $100,000. We were defrauded and have had to close our business, and the future dreams we had for our business are gone.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

1. We had contact with Arjun K, who said he didn't understand the technology and did not have any updates or information.
2. The lead software developer Dileep would only be available for communication 12 months after the project began, and only for 15min briefs a week, in which we received very little information.
3. Krishna K would become very aggressive and agitated when asked about the project and the progress, and did not give any information.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The effort they invested and length they went to, to deceive us as a paying customer, instead of producing the work we were paid them to do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our experience with Onetikk has led to a financial loss of $100,000, not including the time we invested. We have had to close our company.

We engaged to develop a web application for our e-commerce project. we have been cleverly deceived by this fellow Mr. Krishna.The cheating modus operandi was same as that of another gentleman posted here in thsi website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had agreed on measurable deliverables in the first month. After 4 weeks of advance payment, we found that no single deliverable had been even started. He collected payment and then just passed the time. It appeared to us that first couple of months, they just collected money and pocketed and fooled clients. Since our IT team visited his office and demanded to present the work done, his fraud became visible to us.You can see a similar complaint from another reviewer here.

They are extremely fraud companies. Krishnakumar runs the company under three names for cheating ONETIKK CONSULTANTS, RESFEBER INFO SOLUTIONS, AND TRAVELSPOC. THeir method is to collect a reasonably big amount is advance and they fool the customers at their will. Customer after making a paymentbecaomes a pray !
