Digienter created a simple landing page for my website. The page included products, customization, and a query section.

I was in contact with Bhupendra (Business Development Manager) for 3–4 months, which created trust. He sounded professional and offered a website for ₹17,700 (approximately $200). I paid, thinking it was a step toward growing my business.

We’ve spent approximately $200.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2025, and the project is on hold.

How did Digienter perform from a project management standpoint?

Initially, they asked for ₹17,700 (approximately $200) for website design and promotion. Ten days later, they demanded an additional ₹50,000 (approximately $600) to buy space on Google and verify my business. When I questioned it, the truth unfolded — I had been scammed. When I asked for a refund, I was met with aggressive and intimidating phone calls.

Each time I asked for clarification, I received a call from a different person on their team, and they gave me different justifications for the Google verification.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Digienter is a scam. I never imagined trying to build a website for my small business would turn into a nightmare. I was approached by someone named Bhupendra from a company called DigiEnter (digienter.com)

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could refund my money.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Digienter is running a nationwide scam, targeting small business owners, students, and vulnerable individuals. They promise websites and then vanish with the money or resort to coercion to silence complaints. This is not just fraud — it’s harassment.

I’ve filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell and urge others to come forward if they’ve been scammed too. The more voices, the more pressure for justice. If you’re in the web development or business community, please share this post. Let’s protect others from falling into the same trap.
