Creating and developing an application consisting of 6 sections that provide comprehensive services for plant care (information and direct communication with customers) All sections have been delivered, and the DeviceBee team has worked to address all minor problems with full dedication.

I am the Executive VP of DealBazzar an online discount platform that offers the consumers to access discounts on F&B, travel, retails outlets using our App. DealBazzar is targeting the young population in Pakistan who is very keen to use the smart phone to access various online services. Our Mobile App for iPhone and Android offers discounts to the consumers with no monthly or yearly signup.

We contacted DeviceBee team to create the user experience, define the product roadmap and build the complete solution which we can take into the market and start to validate the product. The goal was to design and develop the DealBazzar App with complete development of this solution from start till the end.

The number of resources were different at different stages of our project. In the begining of this engagement with DeviceBee they appointed their Project Manager and a UI/UX designer who worked with us to define the product look and feel and user experience. Upon the completion of UI/UX they moved into the development phase and the assigned the App developers along with backend stack development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched the App in our market and onboarded 50 outlets within the first 2 months. All the deliverables were met as per our requirements. Although everything was done as per the agreed deliverables but we requested some additional changes and improvements in our platform where DeviceBee team was open supportive to make small adjustments.

There was no restriction in terms of communication medium since both parties were collaborating in the most easiest way. They always attended the calls and responded email even late evening or off days.

The following tools where we were communicated with DeviceBee team:

- WhatsApp Group (For urgent decisions)

- Email/Phone Calls We didn't know which strategy would work for us before starting the project but DeviceBee team worked on the deliverables using Agile methodology.
