Our company needed help with the creation of our primary product. The task consisted of the construction of a customized form allowing for user input of complex health information and the manipulation and conversion of that information into a custom PDF for output.

We went through a prior vendor who was unable to complete the project. After their initial failure, we were more careful in our search. This eventually led us to interview the group at CIS. They were knowledgeable, personable, and comfortable with our schedule. They were also accommodating, working with several change orders as legal issues came up along the way.

The project was a WordPress based website and contained 3 development phases: Phase 1 was the creation of the initial form in Gravity Forms and made adjustments to meet the needs of some of the complex data input. Phase 2 was the creation of a PDF output based on a template provided and the incorporation of WooCommerce. Phase 3 was the addition of features used to manipulate the user input in ways patented to AlertCard so the data is sorted on user's Emergency Medical Information Card.

We worked with a small team. Our primary contacts were Garry in Admin and Sanket in Development. They were both in constant communication and made sure we were aware of what was going on with our project at every step.

We're still in the process of testing the completed site and correcting bugs, but we plan on using Developers.dev for our continuing development needs. They are an amazing team and have been great development partners in this project.
