Well it is not easy to describe the dedication of the whole team in words. Keeping my expectations and the goals of my business in mind, the whole team worked passionately. They deeply understood software development and knew what it took to create a successful project.

The initial scope of work was pretty sizable (8 months of work for a team of 10-12 developers)

The first phase has been launched back in Jan and the system has been operational since then, the team uses it full time and couldn't be happier! initially, there was a beta period, we did find bugs (not many!) but the team addressed them very quickly (if it was nothing major- issues were usually fixed the next business day or even the same day!)

I wasn't personally involved in development but I know this was not a walk-in park, a lot of conference calls, emails, etc to get everything right.
