They are official DeskTel employees, not freelancers, who report directly to you and follow your SOPs, while our account managers, trainers and IT specialists handle onboarding and day-to-day support. We look for AI skills in every role we fill: professionals who already use tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to get more done. Most roles run $10–$13 an hour ($1,600–$2,080 a month), inclusive of all taxes and fees, typically 40–60% less than comparable local talent, with no long-term contracts, no hidden fees and 24/7 coverage. DeskTel is led by founder and President Matt Fong, who ran his own business in LA for 20 years.
