The Design Farmers company has failed to deliver on numerous commitments, including non-delivery of promised services such as Pay Per Click Advertising, YouTube video content creation, and consistent social media posting on our various social media accounts. 

Made false claims and false representation of services offered, overcharged for services, refusal to provide itemizedreceipt/documentation, unsatisfactory Tech support, website downtime, security issues, and lack of dedicated resources.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The extent of damage and dissatisfaction is significant as thecompany has not fulfilled its commitments andhas hindered our business growth throughineffective website and social media management, has not delivered contracted services, has failed to fulfill its contractual obligations by not providing the agreed-upon services, made false claims and misled representations about the quality, features, andbenefits of their services, overcharged due tofalse fee disclosures, and non-transparent in where payments were designated. 

The company has shown a lack of professionalism and responsiveness with requests/concerns. I have incurred a substantial financial loss, credit card debt, and recovery costs due to payment made for services that were not rendered as agreed upon.

The failure of the social media services to deliver as promised has negatively impacted my business, affecting its success and reputation. I notified The Design Farmers company of my concerns through multiple correspondences including via phone calls and email. 

The company asked us to give them 1year to see positive results for our website but we have seen no results at all.

Despite our attempts during the past year to engage in and seek resolution, the company has failed to provide a satisfactory response and has evaded contact and their contractual responsibilities.
