I am the project manager at TexALPHA My company is based on Ed-TECH skill based Learning Management System

For what projects/services did your company hire DBuzzz, and what were your goals?

We hired Dbuzzz as there past portfolio was unique and lucrative and they really had a good impact on there clients ( i researched some of there clients and there websites ) all of there working ( people literally earning from there site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

There are many digital agencies who are working the same in Lucknow but as we all know we cant trust anyone unless they belong to our family members or the vast and good portfolio and customer satisfaction but what to say We first met another agency named infotech web development ( who fooled us ) and charged lakhs but didn't show up after the project alpha was completed ! Baddest design so much lag !

System crashes were common ! Such a bad experience Then i contacted my friend and told about them all what happened with me so they suggested me DBUZZZ and by god they worked really well with us On time project , at every step they were with us . Suggesting us , helping us , had a transperancy at each step .

Scope of work ( well this is a good question ) In short and crisp way ( currently my site alpha is running and we are at earning stage so you can guess that happened only in 2 months ( we got our sales Project steps include - planning we had a long conversation with dbuzzz they understand us on that convo that what we needing on the project - structuring the project according to our needs They made the project so versatile that we can literally change any components on our alpha ( everything is customisable in our alpha for future ready site which is open up for any change They included many rest and active api's including main one which is zoom and payment gateways Technology used in our project is core php , html , css and JavaScript and for backend SQL

There were three people who were actively available with us

1. MD of the complany ( Himanshu Vadhwani )
2. Main Developer
3. Side developer ( backend developer )
4. Problem understanding person who make changes according to our need

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Literally we aren't facing any issue till now ! No server or site crash seen yet , site is completely optimised can run on any device SEO friendly ( we are on 1 page on google which taken 2 months too come ) We are at earning stage now

There style is unique they hold a good attitude towards us , always available to solve our queries whenever we get into trouble regards the site Always available on multiple plateform They use advance tools like SEM Rush , Jira ( CMS ) software , lead generation tool , facebook Marketing and online advertising facility tools And many more .

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Attitude regarding us, calmness at each step. Everyone is ready to help us even if their office time is over! They once literally helped us at midnight with a smile on face ! Hahah

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so as of now if yes then i will sure mention it in future .
