Based on our discussion, we had developed a webapp for internal working and commuications of the teams and a website.

Now the team has a single platform where they manage their regular communications, activities, project updates and other activities. Less hassle and clear working statements between the teams. The website has given us good response and recognitation.

The project was effectively brokendown into sprints and regular meeting were scheduled for project updates and next action items.
