Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the assistant manager at Nath Bio-Genes Ltd, a 40-year-old seed company.

What challenge were you trying to address with CreativFish India?

We wanted to have a good presence in Italy, but we had limited access to customers online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CreativFish designed and developed our website from scratch to generate more inquiries. We had a large bouquet of products and a longstanding position in the agricultural sector. We needed those aspects of the business to be shown on the website.  

We needed CreativFish to make the website more interactive. Anyone who’d go to the website to buy a packet of seeds or contact us should be able to do so easily. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with one marketing person, one senior UI designer, one junior UI designer, one senior developer, and one junior developer. 

How did you come to work with CreativFish India?

I was searching for a good agency for almost two years. I happened to see a website that CreativFish had made for a friend of mine; she introduced me to them. In other words, meeting them happened to me organically. They were approachable and not money-oriented, so we engaged them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$6,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–June 2021. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We gained a lot of positive inquiries since we launched the new website. We receive 3,000–3,500 inquiries per month.

How did CreativFish India perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent, and I had no complaints. They were truly hands-on and sincere, and the team was interested in getting new ideas and doing new things for the project. We collaborated on Google Docs, and we used email, Slack, and Zoom to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

CreativFish’s hands-on approach, sincerity, and openness to new ideas were impressive. They ensured we didn’t have to follow up with timelines. Their resources wanted to do good work, and it showed in their negotiation style. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve by getting 1–2 more content writers on their team. That was one area of our engagement where we faced a few issues, so we had to hire someone from the outside. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear on our ask, and CreativFish will deliver on whatever you visualize.

I am co-founder of Mavericks and Mavens LLP. We are a beauty and personal care startup.

For what projects/services did your company hire CreativFish India, and what were your goals?

We are a new company that needed branding and packaging design. We wanted a professional logo, brand identity, and packaging design for our brand Everva.

How did you select this vendor?

I had initiated this project with two other agencies and did not like what they created. Then I approached Creativfish and am beyond happy with the final product.

They have a great creative process, with detailed questionnaires to help explain my brand purpose, its differentiation, and our choices. CreativFish also supported us with packaging ideas, selection, and content.

They were able to take my idea and turn it into a cohesive brand that has a clear voice and story, setting us apart from our competitors.

They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with their work.

They could use a project management tool and a design version system.
