I am the founder of PantherTec.

For what projects/services did your company hire Continium Labs?

We had a DIY no frills information only website that we made when we first launched our web presence. We needed a professional one with all the capabilities for us to scale into the features we knew we would need: POS, SAS,ChatBot, etc..

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had sat through a dozed intro calls with other firms, I didn't find the right fit in scope and budget until I was introduced to Zoran from a colleagues referral.

We met several times and discussed the current website, and what we wanted to keep, what we needed to leave out of the new design. Then we created a plan for the new one, with input from our graphic designer, custom colors etc. 8 weeks later, we have a professional website with the backend we needed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with three people. Zoran, Stipan, and Josip.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed an eye catching visual effect to demonstrate a particular feature of our product. Stipan came up with a a dynamic visual effect that captured the uniqueness perfectly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had been communicating for several months prior, so the flow was easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zoran, Stipan, and Josip made a fantastic website, made changes as I needed them and most importantly, They went above and beyond in foreseeing what my startup may need in the future. They did this while being practical about our budget limitations as well

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I not sure... we will be using them again for our website backend and other projects as well.

All contractors have been working on ongoing projects. They became cruical part in the development team and are taking more responsible roles on projects.

It is always easy to come to an agreement since they are adaptive and want to help out

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the most important things is the trust we managed to build in a short time.
