We contacted teh CSC, from where Naeem get in touch with us. He guided us personally throughout about our complete digital presence and how we will organize it from the very start. We were already working locally and were managing different tours through our local office and local marketing only, but as we all now the world is now moving online, and prefer to search out first about "best travel operators near me" or something like that, "travel places to go in uk" etc. So, our 70-80% customers were their on the internet. So, then we decided to move to it. And with CSC team, there web developers and marketing teams helped us throughout to develop our complete site, list our plans and packages, our complete company details and a lot. Also, the regular posting on social media and other IT support are still with us ongoing. I truly recommend you to have them as your digital partner!

So yeah, the website is doing great, customers chose and buy their desired package and also some send their queries to fill out. And the social media organic reach is also a plus point in maintaining our market profile updated. So yes, it helped us alot.

Yeah, they gave me the timeline of 3 months of building and then bringing the site live and in the mean time, they did it. And also, when one pays on time, it gets its work on time!

Yeah, the personal guidance by their MD, he is very cooperative throughout and still is in-touch with us. We usually talk once in two weeks. Also, their services and their UI/UX, it inspired me very much. I liked it alot.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Computer Support Centre could have done differently?

Yeah, I think they should expand their reach as well as their team, to increase their income sources and numbers.
