Active since June 2019, Comnexio is the first-line contact center of ORES, the main Walloon electricity and natural gas distribution network operator serving more than 2.5 million citizens in 75% of Walloon municipalities. Established in Belgium on two operational sites, Gosselies and Eupen, Comnexio is a contact center on a human scale, of quality and proximity.
