Since our establishment in 2014, our goal has been to build a world where everyone lives free from the pains and frustrations linked to back pain. Our mission, each and every day is to provide products that do just that. We are a team of French enthusiasts, surrounded by experts in biomechanics, physiotherapists, and osteopaths. All working together to develop new, patented technology. Technology that allows the creation of non-stigmatising solutions that work for everyone. Solutions that already benefit over 150,000 users. I am the E-commerce Business Unit Director.

New product range launch : Front and back end.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Code my Mobile for a long time and trusted they would be able to develop our designs and new features on the existing website, optimising the pages that needed to be.

We have a headless shopify solution. The steps included the dev of 2 brand new product page, the complete recreation of the homepage, shop page, cart page, Q&A, T&Cs and connecting the orders to a new supplier through an API.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

On the front end, the team worked tirelessly to deliver the news pages in a seamless manner. Delivering orders 50% above forecast in the first days of the launch. The back end support was really good too.

We used slack, Asana and bug herd to communicate in a very swift and reactive manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a great extension to our team, bringing the best possible solution for our UX design and technical challenges. He's always doing his very best to meet tight deadlines and remains reactive when emergencies arise on the live site.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More proactivity on providing site loading time solutions.
