We were in a business for like 10+ years, but we had no website, so we felt like we needed a website to increase our brand value

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers, and they showed up at first so we decided to talk with them, and the owner talked with us directly and He was so humble and knows what he is doing so we decided to give them a try

We started with a meeting with their project managed over the phone to tell that what exactly do we need, and they explained to us how it will work and then they designed us 2-3 sample for our approval and then we really liked all of them but then we selected one of them with had really pleasing colour combination so then we asked them to proceed them further then They told us they will be using some additional SCSS & JS along with Wordpress

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A Project manager was the main guy we talked to, but the owner was also in touch with us with we were given access to their CRM, where we can connect directly with any staff working on our project through a ticket-based system.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website, we noticed that customers really loved the design, and we were getting more clients from our AdWords and local SEO done by them

We talked over the call every day with a project managed assigned to us, and if there were any custom changes by us, he would immediately ask his team to have it done as soon as possible, and they kept me updated on the customer portal I was given

Mr Ajay is Humble & always helps me understand the total process and helps me even after work is done. The CodeBitel team did the work perfectly at affordable prices; we are really happy with the work done and would recommend codebitel to everyone looking for a web designer in Haridwar

When we launched our site there was some error on 1 button on the website but they fixed it in 5 hours after we notified them
