Code & Hue designed both or our front and back end database and user interface for our company since the beginning. From custom scripts, extensive database integrations with Magento and extensions, continuous patch updates, and site redesigns over the years.

Zero downtime due to database and design changes over the course of 11 years.

The only improvement that I could recommend is to have some team members available 24/7 so that time zone communication downtime is not an issue.
