What was the scope of their involvement?

Our existing web app that allows our clients to review information about their maintenance contracts hasn't been functional for about five years, and we've thought of having it updated to optimize our business processes. CNET Technology Systems has refurbished the platform's front- and backend to make its features usable again.

CNET Technology Systems has impressive project management skills. They're adaptable when it comes to applying changes and working within our changing timelines. We track their team's progress and send change requests through the ticketing system they've developed.

We're most impressed with their willingness to accommodate our needs and refine our ideas and scope in order to guarantee a successful project. Overall, we're very happy with what they can deliver and how they work.

I’m a project manager at an auto parts retail company.

We hired them to provide social media marketing (SMM) and development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

CNET manages all of our social networks and our OS as well as our billing and client management platform. Additionally, they oversee all of our servers. The team is also working on new projects including restyling our old website, upgrading our billing and taxing report system, and developing our e-commerce website.

I’ve worked directly with 5–6 people from CNET. 

How did you come to work with CNET Technology Systems?

They worked for our company longer than I had, so I wasn't sure how we hired them. However, we chose to continue collaborating with them because they were professional and they showed us great performance through their deliverables and timeliness. On top of that, they were responsive and provided us with excellent support.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $15,000–$20,000 in the last six months.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working together in January 2007, and we have an ongoing collaboration. We’ve been working with CNET for about 15 years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The partnership’s results have been great, and we’ve had great communications with their project manager and everyone involved in the project. Overall, they’ve cultivated a great level of mutual trust and respect between our teams.

They have a very effective follow-up process and they have excellent customer service. Above all, they’re always available, which has been very important for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed that they’re able to manage our data well.
