I broker printing equipment but wanted to use the website thermographic-equipment.com as a proof of concept website.

For what projects/services did your company hire Capital Numbers?

I asked the team to develop thermographic-equipment.com as a proof of concept website. If successful, it would have given insight how best to develop the 200+ .com domains that I own specifically related to the printing/graphic arts marketplace.

What were your goals for this project?

To use the developed website to show how other owned domains could be developed for printing equipment companies/printing equipment dealers to better showcase their company/equipment to a more global marketplace.

I believe that I was originally contacted by Mukul Gupta by email telling me about services that Capital Numbers could provide

They were supplied with specific content (body copy) for each page. as well as the desired site architecture. The team in India was professional and developed the website as per my specified site architecture layout. Since it was going to be a proof of concept website, there was not a great push for speed in completing site.

What was the team composition?

There was a "team leader" who coordinated the tasks assigned to his associates. He stayed in contact giving updates via email. The number of people involved is unknown, but since it was a small project for them, I would guess 3 or 4 worked at various times on the project but likely not all at one time.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was completed in an acceptable time and was approximately as budgeted for development.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The "team leader" stayed in contact with me by email (my only method of communicating with the team). There was no set deadline since this was a proof of concept website being developed

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Capital Numbers has a wide array of people on staff capable of handling multiple types of projects. They acted in a professional and business-appropriate manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

When I used the services of capital Numbers, they did not have (I was not aware of) a US contact including telephone number for easy access with questions/problems. 

I have attempted recently to contact Jason Dodd via this number, but the calls have gone unanswered. My purpose for contacting him was to discuss project collaboration re multiple web site development.

I also tried contacting him as well as Mukul Gupta through the info@capitannumbers.com form. My only negative comment was when I asked if a "cheat sheet" could be provided as to how to post digital photos on the website, the team leader requested another payment which would have been almost the amount of the original project.

Perhaps there was a miscommunication as to what I was requesting. My only comparable experience was with a local (US) developer. He got about 4 times the amount I paid to Capital Numbers and did very little for me.

What were your goals for this project?

That the site should be as SEO adapted and as good as possible. It should be easy for our customers to find what they are looking for on the site.

I chose Capital because I had heard very well about their business and that they have an eye for design.

They are currently building an affiliate website within the finance industry. One the site you should be able to easily find the cheapest loans with the help of advanced comparison tools.

Cooperation worked well. I could easily communicate with a guy in the theme who then passed it on to the developers.

The site is not live yet, but I believe and hope this project will be a winner.

Very professional handled so far. Everything has gone really smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They respond so quickly to thoughts and always try to do the best they can. It has been very easy to communicate with the team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No not what I've noticed so far. I just hope now that the project is 100% done in time.

Designed, developed a large website. It was a website migration with a lot of files and pdfs. They completed it without any issues. Awesome work at a great price.

After selective research, we spoke to them on the phone several times. They answered all my questions regarding CMS and security.

As one of the first websites we’ve developed, it provided a solid foundation four our expertise and high-quality design work.

Throughout the project, there were weekly check-ins. We used Basecamp for frequent updates and file sharing. It was fairly painless to get in touch with their team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The systems that they had kept everyone on the same page. This was crucial in making sure the project was delivered on time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At the time, I didn’t have any initial feedback for improvements. But I’m sure they’ve improved over time as they’re a forward-thinking company.

I wanted my website up and running with as little maintenance as possible, and I wanted my mail server to be secure. Mostly I want to just focus on providing services to customers and not have to worry about technical matters.
