I’m the founder of an online gaming platform. It’s a website that allows users to connect more easily with other users playing the same game.

What challenge were you trying to address with Busy Human?

We were looking for someone who could do web development for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Busy Human developed the website for our gaming platform. We met several times with their team, and they explained their work and the whole process.

We worked with 2–3 from their team; we talked to an HR representative, a developer, a project manager, and other members of their team.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $3,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–September 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They made things a thousand times better than I ever imagined they could be, and I give them a ten out of ten because our site wouldn’t be nearly as good without them. I’m glad we chose them because I feel confident; I don’t think I would’ve got as many ideas and as much good feedback with another provider.

How did Busy Human perform from a project management standpoint?

They were patient with me through the design process and had great pricing, too — they broke down everything so I could know how much every single thing would cost, which was helpful for me. They were also communicative throughout the process, and they explained every time something was going to be delivered late.

Busy Human also threw in extra features for free that improved the site’s quality.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Busy Human’s team is personable, and I like them; just a couple of seconds after meeting them, I could tell that they were good, hard-working people.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We only had a couple of details with the timelines, and they were upfront about it, but other than that, I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Try to step on top of the process, and ensure that you properly communicate your needs and expectations.
