We had two serious problems to solve, One getting a good quality website for the college and efficiently managing the public information system for the college. For this purpose, we were looking a team of well skilled and experienced professionals

Our goal was to make system better and efficient.

Since our regular vendor couldn't complete the work efficiently, we hired this team in an emergency situation. We didn't had time to think twice.

They designed and developed a smooth and efficient brand new website for the college. They too provided great solution to college database management.

The team was consisting of four members one Project Manager and three Developers.

Project completed before the deadline with full of efficiency and with great care.

I am the marketing head at SIT. We are one of the leading technical education sector in India with more than 500 employees.

Although we are a large institute in central India, our in-house promotional activities and marketing approaches were limited. Our previous digital marketing partner was not capable enough to help us in discovering new opportunities in the industries.

Our survey result was in favor of the agency. On the basis of the finding, the Board of Management requested a proposal from Businesskrafts. We too requested similar proposals from some other agencies. However, the proposal of Businesskrafts was highly appreciable. The Board of Management discussed with the key contact persons of the agency and served a request to work for our project.

After getting the written request from our institute, Businesskrafts served with a initial observation report on our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. The report comprised many undiscovered facts about our opportunities. My team approved the report and ask the requested the team member of BusinessKrafts to proceed further. They conducted a thorough marketing research. On the basis of the report, they drafted the digital strategy plan for our institute. They also conducted a series of split testing to find out the best marketing messages and channels.

It has been more than two years that we have been in relation with BusinessKrafts. Within these period, we could gain the success that was beyond our expectation.

Our entire IT infrastructures including database, website, cyber security, IT based teaching-learning resources and online promotional channels were not upgraded for last few years. As a result, we were unable to assure high quality in the concerned fields. Furthermore, it was adversely affected the entire network of management

We wanted to see that our system function better through implementing cloud and AI based technology in the processes of upgrading library, managing database, updating website and integrating work places.

Our team worked hard to find out top ten companies those have adequate reputation in IT sector, especially in database creation and management, online security and web technology. On the basis of their client base and satisfaction survey, we shortlisted top three. In the next step, we selected BusinessKrafts on the basis of cost, duration and guarantee terms.

On our request, BusinessKrafts provided a intial project plan document stating that the complete project plan will be submitted after thorough understanding of our requirement. The team took a week to execute survey on our existing systems and to understanding our actual needs. Surprisingly enough, the final project proposal submitted by the company was compiling fully on our requirement, budgetary allocation etc. The Planning and Development Committee and the Finance Department of our organization approved the proposal and work order was provided in accordance to the regulations.

The team was lead by a Senior Consultant of the company. A Project Manager was assigned to coordinate the project. The technical team was consisting of two senior back-end developers, two mid level front-end developer and three junior executives.

It was really a pleasant experience. The team was highly skilled and hard working. They completed the project before the due date. Project cost was also reasonable. The warranty term was in favour of us. Complete one year's free maintenance was guaranteed and they followed their words. They upgraded and updated everything that was required. They fulfilled what we asked them to do.

The team was highly professional, cooperative and well reachable. The Team Manager was updating us everything over telephone and emails. Whenever we were looking to reach at him, he was available.
