I worked directly with their team and project manager. Their brand specialists also supported different stages of the work.

They perfectly matched our original vision. And customers also complement our logo, so we're happy with the final product.

We had frequent meetings with the project manager to go over progress and next steps as we required a fast process. Additionally, we communicated over email regularly. They always asked for our feedback. They finished the work in our expected timeline, too.

Their commitment to learning about our business and doing necessary research at the start was impressive. It felt like they truly cared about our needs and wanted to help us reach our goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd have liked it if we used slack to communicate more than email since that is what my internal team is used to.
