How did you select this vendor?
When we were looking to hire an Advertising & Marketing company, we searched for several months and interviewed many companies. We ended up choosing Brenton Way because of their vast portfolio as well as their prior experience in creating Advertising & Marketing.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Brenton Way constructed a landing page to compel more traffic and conversions. Their team also reviewed and revised my Google Ads campaign. They currently manage our PPC ad initiatives, which include Google Ads and Advertising.
What was the team composition?
I solely work with Lawrence He (Digital Marketing Campaign Strategist).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
When we initially launched our Software with Brenton Way. it was the beginning of our new software, but as the software continued to get stronger and more recognition we have been able to exceed all of our sales expectations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between our team and Brenton Way's team was exceptionally good. They were and still are very responsive and quick at completing any task we ask of them.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive thing about Brenton Way is their ability to actually do what they say and do it very well. We worked with other Advertising & Marketing companies in the past who would promise all these great things, but would never follow through. However, in the first month of working with Brenton Way, we saw their attention to detail, how they would quickly respond to our questions, and how they would actually complete the tasks effectively.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Not at all. I do not have any complaints. In today's day and age, it is quite difficult to find a company that is reliable and trustworthy. But with Brenton Way, you definitely get that and much more.
