Transformation of Existing Magento 1 website to Magento 2 and incorporating new promotions/better UX and over performance and migrating data.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Based on reviews from the local markets and checking their profile. We wanted the company to have regional know-how and should be able to execute the task in the given time span.

After the initial meeting to understand the flow and things we need to achieve And the signing of MOM, they shared with us a details plan of execution with screen layouts. Once we were done with the designer, developers, and API team started, and finally the server deployment/performance enhancement team did their part.

Business Analyst Manager / Project Manager, the main point of contact / Team leader to follow up on daily basis, and 3 developers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK

We have better UX and overcall much better performance compared to our earlier website.
