Our challange was to get QES certificate to be able to file VAT returns on behalf of our clients on the Slovakian Financial Administration. We had the pleasure of engaging with Brain:IT to procure a virtual qualified electronic signature solution NFQES. The process of acquiring the qualified electronic signature was smooth, they guided us through each step of the process with clarity and transparency, ensuring that we were well-informed and confident in the solution being implemented.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We provided their team with wireframes and designs. Within two weeks, they delivered the first round of the app. They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version. Before launching, we ran it through beta testing.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. Additionally, we mostly interacted with two lead front- and backend developers.

Within 3 Months our App was launched.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most of the feedback was through email. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

We collaborate with Brain:IT on the other project, so we know them as a responsible partner for providing great services. We chose them because of their experiences and collaboration on the implementation phase of this system.

After the start of the project, we were able to immediately start providing services without any problem. Their knowledge of the system helped us to provide services and also start of implementation new features and change requests to the system. Their team performed so well that we decide to outsource the whole support of the system to Brain:IT

Project management includes a standard tool for customer support - Atlassian Jira for incident, problem and task management, so the whole communication with customer and contractor was tracked. We communicate through Skype and other communication tools. Their project manager was skilled, so the communication was good and there were no problems.

I like their enthusiasm for delivering services and willingness to help our customers.

There was no option to change anything because the conditions of the project were very strictly outlined (like service time, time to start solving the problem, time to solve the problem, and also the communication thorough task management system).

He created a prototype of a contact point for products. He willingly worked beyond the scope of the functionality that arose during the analysis outside of the order. Created a quality GUI for users. 

He ensured the migration of data from the old system. He integrated the chatboot into the organization's website and perfectly trained the office staff to use the application. He created detailed user manuals. I rate the entire work with the supplier as extremely satisfied. The team that worked with our employees was proactive and professional
