How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with Rob for several years for a mutual client and always found his work and communication to be excellent.

Though I paid a high fee for hosting, the company that hosted my website was unreachable and had not responded for months about the associated email not working. In the course of several days, Rob at Bleeding Edge had my site moved to a cost-efficient hosting platform and had my email back in business - I was so relieved!

Rob is very knowledgeable and also communicative and responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole process was prompt and flowed well, thanks to the team's excellent communication. After the initial migration, I found a couple of pages that were missing pieces and wrote that I would try to repopulate them over the weekend. Before I could even begin the work, Rob wrote that he'd already fixed everything!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
