I am the owner of REI Litics and we provide new to market real estate investors data and analytics to help them find areas with the U.S. to invest in.

For what projects/services did your company hire BizzClan, and what were your goals?

We didn't have the technical knowledge to develop a full SaaS platform with a admin section.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and interviews about a dozen companies through 3rd party outsourcing platforms. The deciding factors were examples that they showed us, the team they had rather than a single person, and the ability to have several calls prior to signing the contract.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss scope of work, milestones and deliverables. The first step was understanding the entire project and where data will be coming from, step two was creating a wireframe followed by design layout for each page. The overall site was build and refined over time.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3-4 team members from my understanding. Designer to help with the design, developer who put everything together, and data analysts to help with data manipulation and databases.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are currently in beta phase and the response has be great. Users have found the site to be very useful, easy to navigate and has just the right amount of information.

We used trello for project management and tasks, and communication was through Skype with regular meetings through google meets.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The responsiveness to communication. They respond almost immediately regardless of the time. They were also very accommodating of tweaks and minor changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe just being a little more transparent about timelines and progress. They re better now, but meeting deadlines is critical in my opinion.

Our platform allows users to easily find natural solutions for any health problem. Users can also discuss, interact, and exchange information.

We wanted to improve our UI and UX because the previous design was not optimized. Users were also facing some challenges while surfing over the website.

We had a selection, and we chose the best vendor from the shortlist.

The team conducted a research covering the industry and the best themes and colors to be used. Accordingly, they worked on the various pages designs and implementation.

I worked with the head of designers.

We are very pleased with the new designs. We did a small research and got several users feedback. It was very positive and users were very pleased.

All went well and smoothly.

Their creativity was impressive and they were very cooperative.

All was great indeed.

I am working as a Business Development Manager for a boutique law firm that is specialized in IP.

We needed a new website for an extra service that our law firm wants to offer. We hired Bizzclan for the design and development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided for Bizzclan because of their porfolio, references and excellent customer service from the start.

We provided our requirements in written via the job post. After we decided for the top 2-3 candidates we conducted interviews. Bizzclan convinced us and we discussed our requirements during a kick-off call. After that we exchanged on progress via chat but also had a follow-up call.

In total 2, the CEO and designer/developer where involved.

The new website looks great and is glad that we chose WordPress that is easy to manage and user-friendly.

It was very effective because their responsiveness and availability were above what we had expected. They implemented our requested tweaks and updates easily and quickly.

Their speed and ability to adapt to our needs and ad-hoc changes.

We are already seeing some traffic on the website, good feedback on the design.

Everything was easy with them, they were adaptable and very flexible on our request. They are so competitive on prices.

All good on my side, nothing to declare, they will help you and support all your requests until the end of the project.
