What challenge were you trying to address with Bangluxor?
Our company started as a local dental clinic, and we started getting more and more foreign patients as time went by. However, our brand image and website haven't been updated. We wanted to redefine our brand by focusing more on foreign patients and updating our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bangluxor has created our company's new branding identity. We provided a new name, and the team designed the logo and branding identity, choosing the color palettes and styles. Bangluxor is also working on creating a new website and is responsible for its design and development. 

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Andrés (CEO). I know he works with a design team and other specialists, but I've been mostly in contact with him.

How did you come to work with Bangluxor?

I searched for web development companies on Google and did thorough research. I wanted to work with a company that could deliver a unique design and that was based in Colombia but had international experience. After creating a list of well-ranked companies, I looked at their portfolio and contacted Bangluxor. I met Andrés, who has been helpful and collaborative since the first time we spoke. 

Our initial goal was to redesign our website, and Andrés identified we needed a rebranding too. I liked his proposal and the fact that Bangluxor could offer both services.

We've spent around $1,500–$2,000 on this project. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Bangluxor in September 2023, and our project is close to being completed.

Bangluxor hasn't completed our website, but they've already added several pieces of information I previously sent via email. I can tell already the new website will be a helpful tool for my everyday work. Bangluxor's work looks great, and the process has been excellent. The team is very collaborative and helpful, showing their commitment to our project.

Bangluxor provides a close and personable service to ensure their client's needs are met. Each project and client is different, and Bangluxor's ability to listen to their clients helps them achieve the expected results.

Bangluxor's differentiator has been their project management. I'm very satisfied with their services and work process. Bangluxor is always available to meet and is flexible to adapt to my schedule. The team provides valuable insights and opinions. We communicate via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp. Bangluxor is always available, and Andrés ensured a teammate was on call when he went on vacation.

I'm mostly impressed by Bangluxor's fast response time. The team is also efficient in addressing my change requests and editing the work as we move along.

I found Bangluxor through Elementor Pro-platform. I wanted to hire a company that had experience of brand design and also good reviews and references.

The first part of the project was the brand design. They asked carefully some questions relating to the business and created some proposals on the basis of this information. Then I asked them to make a small adjustment on the one I considered was the winner and the sent me all the logos, brand instructions, etc for me.

The second part was the website design and development. Again, they asked some more details and started work on the basis of this information. After this they asked me feedback and we made a few small adjustments.

They had a one person who worked as a project leader but I think there were also other people who worked on the project. I'm not really sure how many.

Both projects went very well on my opinion. I'm happy for the quality of the work and proactive and good communication. They replied to my messages very quickly and asked carefully the details that are important that the project could be successful. Also they could keep the deadline.

Very effective. There were now misunderstandings or delays or any other problems.

Good quality and great communication. They also did a great background research before they started to work by asking all the necessary details. They've taken pride in their work and provided great value for the money.
