I found Bangluxor through Elementor Pro-platform. I wanted to hire a company that had experience of brand design and also good reviews and references.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The first part of the project was the brand design. They asked carefully some questions relating to the business and created some proposals on the basis of this information. Then I asked them to make a small adjustment on the one I considered was the winner and the sent me all the logos, brand instructions, etc for me.

The second part was the website design and development. Again, they asked some more details and started work on the basis of this information. After this they asked me feedback and we made a few small adjustments.

They had a one person who worked as a project leader but I think there were also other people who worked on the project. I'm not really sure how many.

Both projects went very well on my opinion. I'm happy for the quality of the work and proactive and good communication. They replied to my messages very quickly and asked carefully the details that are important that the project could be successful. Also they could keep the deadline.

Very effective. There were now misunderstandings or delays or any other problems.

Good quality and great communication. They also did a great background research before they started to work by asking all the necessary details. They've taken pride in their work and provided great value for the money.

We don't have much feedback because we haven't launched the site yet, but we were happy with BangLUXOR Agency's work.

We really liked the look of the website. Our founders were also satisfied with it.

Their communication skills were excellent — the team was available 24-7. We mainly communicated via WhatsApp.
