I’m an executive at United Culture, a hairdressing company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Axis Global Co Agency?

We needed help with marketing and redoing our website to enlarge our customer base.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Axis Global Co Agency provided us with branding, marketing, and web development services. In terms of branding, they took care of choosing the right colors for our brand. Regarding the website, they developed it from scratch. For the marketing part, they developed strategic campaigns for Instagram, backlinking, and SEO.

To jumpstart the process, we gave them a brief on our guidelines, but we gave them the liberty to apply their expertise.

I was satisfied with Axis Global Co Agency’s work; they exceeded my expectations, and everything was great. We also started to get more phone calls from potential customers.

Axis Global Co Agency stayed within deadlines and delivered on budget. Regarding communication, they were responsive to our questions and feedback, putting everything on layperson’s terms so we could understand. In terms of tools, we used email and phone calls.

Axis Global Co Agency gave us an on-point brief for the project straight away, which seemed impressive to me. In addition, they were great at marketing outreach because they had a lot of experience behind them.
