I’m the principal consultant at a lead generation company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Avaib?

I needed help building our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Avaib has developed our website from scratch using the Laravel PHP framework. We've told them what we need, including the services to be displayed, the fonts, the theme, and how we want to structure the coding process. We've emailed them the instructions, and the team has followed through.

The website shows our services, our testimonials, and how users can schedule a call to get a free quote. Avaib also provides hosting services, and we're using a provider they recommended.

What is the team composition?

I work with two people from Avaib, including Haris and a developer.

How did you come to work with Avaib?

Someone referred Avaib to me. I worked with them previously at another company, so I knew I could trust them and that they would be reliable.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent approximately $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're noticing a lot of clicks on our website, so Avaib's work has helped us gain more traffic. The application is entirely bug-free, and we're delighted with that. If we need help with our website, the team is constantly willing to help.

How did Avaib perform from a project management standpoint?

Avaib has stayed on budget. We don't have a standard project management approach: we tell Avaib what we need, and they do it. We communicate with them through Google Meet and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team has completed the work quickly. We needed the website as soon as possible, and Avaib has done it promptly. If we need help with our website, they're constantly willing to help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Avaib could offer more suggestions on how to make my website even better. The team has based their work on our ideas, but if they had suggestions, they could've provided more input from their side. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There's a little language barrier, so clarifying what you want is essential. Don't imply anything. The clearer you make it for Avaib, the less back and forth there will be, and the less wasted time there will be.
