I’m the owner of an IT company called Itech Global. We provide web design and SEO services.

For what projects/services did your company hire ARS Digitech?

One of our current projects is a mobile app that can track internet of things (IoT) devices. We approached ARS Digitech to help us develop the app and provide ongoing support.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to find a cost-effective partner that could work with us on various app builds and continue supporting the existing infrastructure. The partner needed to complete the required tasks and progress the project with minimal supervision.

How did you select this vendor?

We’d worked with ARS Digitech on a couple of smaller web development projects, so we knew what they were capable of. When we started this project, we considered them. They developed a presentation on their vision, including a roadmap for the engagement. We liked what they had to say and were impressed by their technical abilities.

Initially, we had a few meetings to see if they could deliver the project. Not only did they have to complete the app, but they needed to provide periodic ongoing development with continued support. ARS Digitech understood the requirements, established a project roadmap, and developed the app. They’re currently creating additional features.

What was the team composition?

For the most part, their COO served as our point of contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve delivered the app and continue to fulfill our requirements, so we’re excited about its future prospects. The design is scalable, and we can easily understand their work if we decide to bring the development in-house.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project management has been the highlight of the engagement. After a few hectic meetings to scope out the project and establish the requirements, they understood our goals and went from there. Since then, they’ve delivered every iteration on time and smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciate how honest and transparent they are about the progress and budget. They've worked hard and have demonstrated a strong willingness to collaborate. This makes it easy to trust them. Overall, they’re great partners.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Although they’re doing a great job so far, they would be more successful if they specialized in other technologies. It’s important for any business to integrate all facets of their field. If a service comes from a central vendor, it works well.

Our goal was to have a website with PayPal integration and an online storefront in three weeks.

We found them on Upwork. They had a good rating and were very responsive.

They designed, developed, tested, and launched our website. They also did SEO and set up Google Analytics.

We had a single point of contact that ran the entire project, which was very nice.

The website was completed quickly and they were happy to make the changes we asked for. They were also responsive whenever we had technical difficulties and resolved them quickly.
