I am the creative director for a private tech startup, and we needed new branding for a new project we had.

The startup that I worked for at the time required a brand new look. Our goals were to make our clients feel taken care of, and a professional elegant design was imperative to that.

How did you select this vendor?

I had 7 options to choose from, and we wanted to work with a company fresh in the business. We wanted new ideas. The talent in this company is simply amazing, they just work really well.

To begin, our marketing team, had a big meeting with the Ardentbay team, I found Mr. Qureshi to be very hands-on in the best way possible. Once we have settled on the idea, and what we had in mind, they very clearly explained what they were going to begin working on and when each draft would be ready.

They really went above and beyond what I was expecting. All the deliverables were done on time, and each draft was presented with the utmost professionalism.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had 2 designers, and 2 developers to take care of the backend for our new website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the course of a few months since the project was completed, our sales team has had an easier time closing sales with their prospects. Additionally, the clients that we already had onboarded with us were pleased to see our new style.

We had weekly meetings to get our side caught up with the progress, and each time there was a draft they would present it. They were very realistic with the timeline and we only had to give feedback three times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive aspect of this company was their punctuality. Never late to a meeting, never late to a presentation, and each draft, and final deliverable was ready on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I personally thought that they should expand their team.

We had a startup of our consultancy firm, we hired Ardentbay for web development service. Better interphase to attract a high number of the market for lead generation.

We searched online for web developers in our area and shortlisted 3. After interviewing them, we chose Ardentbay based on their past project, designing skills, and cost estimate.

Initially, we had a meeting. We discussed schedules, the mockup, theme, and content provided timely from our side. Ardentbay assigned a developer to us.

After development, we had a meeting about the website with our senior officer they pointed out multiple changes. after multiple irritations, their developers designed it accordingly yet it is now finalized by us.

The project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. besides that, a designer and a developer working behind the scene.

Clients loved our new design and we had a full new outcome in the face of the lead generation

We had daily follow-ups from the project manager who delivered our conveyed our demands to the team. we used WhatsApp for communication and had physical meetings too

I wanted a clean fresh looking website that was easy for me to go into and manage myself when I needed to. Also logo design and provide emails online questionnaires and templates for videos and promotional marketing
