I am a Business Development Manager working for an E-commerce company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Appinop Technologies, and what were your goals?

For our business, we had a website but to expand our business we needed a mobile application

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It wasn't an easy call to choose the right development company for my project. But one of my friends had worked with Appinop Technologies before and he suggested that I work with them. I checked their reviews and previous projects and in terms of the budget also they seem a very good choice.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Appinop helped us with a mobile application that was easy to use for our customers. We wanted the options like category, filters, sort, and other options which an e-commerce app should have and they provided us with all the options we wanted. It is fast which provides our users a very good experience.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On my project, there were 5 team members which included the Managing Director (Yogesh Gangawat), a Business analyst, 2 Developers, and a Tester.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The developers developed the application but initially a few times, testers were able to find the JIRA frequently, so it took more time then expected for the end and final results.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

In terms of project management, Appinop Technologies were very good. They asked about our requirements initially and then worked on the project. They also gave us the project progress updates so we were always aware of what was going on. And, sometimes we used to tell them to make the changes in the middle of the project work and they used to do the same successfully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The impressive thing about them was that they held weekly meetings, updated us on progress, and asked for suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The time of the project completion could have been better.
