The objective to hire Appinop Technologies was for development of a Shopify ecommerce platform to show our entire apparel range online worldwide and get better customer reach with bigger revenues. We wanted a website where users can come, explore and purchase clothes at minimal cost straight from our store to their house. With multiple payment options, wallets and shipping options, we wanted to make the purchasing process easy for the consumers.

The project was decided after we had the final meeting in which we shared everything they needed to know about the project. From budget, inclusions and services we wanted, they designed the proper project plan along with the roadmap for the development process. They sent us the final plan, we looked at that and asked for some changes and got on board with the development process. From designing to UI\UX interface, quality analysis of the website and its proper deployment on the virtual platform, they took care of everything.

What we desire for our business is to get a proper-performing, well-designed and fast loading website that can handle a great amount of users simultaneously. After the launch, our members and many friends related to the same market gave us great feedback about the design and theme that Appinop used for our ecom platform. And with their maintenance policy, they took care of our platform till the time it got stable in the marketplace with no errors and bugs.

Appinop follows a good project management style in which they assign a manager to every individual project in order to keep up with the development process. They told us in advance that we have been assigned with a manager who would take up the project pace and supervise that everything is going smoothly in our project. They used to have daily updates and weekly meetings to discuss the project updates and progress. We used to connect to the manager via skype or google meet where we discussed all the loopholes and provide feedback for the same. We also got the daily updates via a shared sheet to know that our project is going as per the decided timelines. Their communication tools were Zoom, Google Meet, Call and Skype.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The thing that impressed us the most was their management style and their hard-work to meet deadlines. They were strict with the deadline always and assured that nothing is kept undone from their side. They used to cross-check with us if we have any feedback and whether we are satisfied with the result product or not. Due to this quality, we used to say everything with 100% transparency and confidence. And their custom-made solutions helped us stick to our budget as well.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We do not feel that there is something they would have done differently to make our ecommerce website the way it turned out to be. Everything was perfect and there was complete satisfaction from our side.
