I am CEO of the company sonic. PK. PKTV, an emerging name in the media industry with a mission to infuse the news, education, and entertainment all on one platform through the collaboration of age-old experienced professionals and the young talent-filled generation.

We were growing our services, and we wanted to expand our research. We hired them to provide full-scale SEO services to improve our rankings and grow traffic to our existing pages.

We followed a referral and interview them along with 3 other companies. After hearing their proposal and price point, we felt their team was the perfect fit.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and laid out our goals. They helped us with keyword research and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on site changes and created new collateral with our update tactics and keywords. Their team also writes monthly blog posts for our website, gearing it towards our target demographic.

They assigned a project manager who distributed whole work amongst all members. Two SEO specialist are in contact with us.

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we're ranking on the 1St page for several keywords. Our site traffic is steadily growing, too. Some visitors to our site told us that they found easily our site and relevant data to our site.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use email to communicate, and they're always quick to respond and implement changes. We have a monthly roundtable meeting with both of our teams for big updates.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and its ensured we've had a smooth project. Also , I really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd like it if they came to the table with more ideas. They're great at implementing ours, but a display of more creativity on their end would be nice.
