They were professional in all aspects and served well in their Project Management capacity. I highly recommend them for any complex builds.

I’m the owner of Nik's Roofing LLC, a roofing company in Palm Beach County, Florida. We provide commercial and residential roofing services, including roof installations and repairs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ajroni?

I needed a new website for my company. My old website wasn’t working, and all my leads were referrals from people who knew me. I wanted to establish an online presence where people could look me up.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ajroni has helped me build a new website. I’ve told them what I need, and they’ve asked for information about the services we offer, pictures of the team, and other things they need to build the website. The website is informational and talks about who we are, what kind of jobs we do, has a gallery, and shows our team and licenses. Users can also contact us through a contact form and see our location on the maps.

Ajroni has designed and developed the website using WordPress. The team has created a custom site and provided me with a login. I’ve only provided pictures and an overview of who we are. Ajroni has been responsible for the design, and I’ve only provided feedback when I want something changed.

Ajroni is hosting and maintaining the website. I have a monthly contract with them for hosting and maintenance. The team manages our plug-ins and security features, which they update us on every month. Additionally, the team has helped me with my Google listing and Google Maps. They’ve optimized my listing with the description, service areas, and other items

What is the team composition?

I’ve spoken with Lirim and Lisian, the owners; I've been in contact with them throughout the development process.

How did you come to work with Ajroni?

I found them on Google through their Google Maps listing. I looked up website companies near me. I contacted a few companies, and Ajroni was one of them. I liked their proposal when I spoke to them, so I moved forward with them.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gotten leads that found us through the website. Having a website is important because many times when I apply for a job, the potential customer wants to see if I have an online presence. Since Ajroni has also helped us with our Google Maps listing, I've received many calls from there as well.

As for the website, we haven't had any bugs, and any design changes we've requested have been small.

How did Ajroni perform from a project management standpoint?

Ajroni has met deadlines and stayed on budget. The team told me it would take two months to develop the website, and it has taken them less than that. As for the budget, the pricing has been what they quoted me, and they offered this package before we started the website.

In my experience with other companies, I usually have to send them an official email, and it takes them forever to reply. With Ajroni, it's been much faster. The team has been very communicative and responds within a few hours or an hour when I ask them something.

We communicate through text messages and phone calls. Initially, we used email in a more official capacity, but now I communicate with the owners through text messages or phone calls. Communication with the team is easy; they're almost too communicative. Ajroni sends us progress reports via email, which include a link where I can view the site and see any changes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ajroni’s responsiveness and communication are impressive. They’re easy to work with, and I can talk straight to them. I also like the work they’ve done for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have anything to complain about.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ajroni knows what they’re doing. As long as you tell them your requirements clearly, they’ll do a good job. They seem to know a lot of things because I’ve asked them questions about other things like marketing, and they seem very familiar with them.

Ajroni started in 2017, intending to help local businesses grow in a competitive digital world. Lisian started his tech journey early, building software. As CTO, he’s the brain behind the structure and systems that power Ajroni’s projects. He’s obsessed with clean code, smart architecture, and pushing the limits of what our dev team can create.

Lirim founded Ajroni in 2017 after years of experimenting with online projects and discovering his passion for digital growth. What started as a one-man operation turned into a fast-growing agency built on hard work, transparency, and results.

Art loves turning ideas into working products. With deep experience in Laravel, Vue.js, and React Native, he builds web and mobile apps that solve real problems for clients. He’s methodical, creative, and always improving his craft.
