We needed to build a professional, SEO-friendly WordPress website to represent our brand online. We also needed to develop a SaaS platform tailored for US accounting firms. Our main objectives were to improve our digital presence, automate key financial workflows, and provide our clients with a more modern, AI-driven accounting solution.

For the website, the deliverables have been a custom WordPress theme aligned with our brand guidelines, plug-in integrations for SEO, forms, and security, performance optimization to ensure fast load times, and a fully responsive and SEO-friendly website with an easy-to-manage CMS.

For the SaaS product, the deliverables have been backend architecture design with scalability in mind, an automated bookkeeping and invoicing module, AI-powered error detection and financial insights, custom dashboards and reporting tools, tax compliance features for the US market, integration with third-party accounting APIs, and ongoing testing, deployment, and support.

Sometimes you literally have to indicate step by step what exactly needs to be done, no personal interpretation is given. This may have to do with a cultural difference, but after I indicated this, the team also provides more feedback on how they think something could be improved. 

I really like that because I'm not an expert. They are the experts and of course I know approximately how I want it to be, but I don't know how this can best be achieved. That's why I think the team's opinion is important.
