I’m a registered massage therapist, and I have a private clinic.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adcuro Digital?

I needed help creating a website to advertise my clinic. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adcuro Digital designed and developed my website. We started getting to know each other over the phone. They listened to my needs and expectations, and they sent me their past work. After that, they came up with designs, wireframes, and mockups, and we discussed color templates. I then provided materials, such as the logo and copies for the pages. With everything ironed out, Adcuro Digital proceeded with the development of the website.

I had worked with Nathan (Founder). 

How did you come to work with Adcuro Digital?

I posted on Facebook asking if anyone had recommendations for a website developer, and Nathan got back to me right away. Although others reached out, I found Nathan to be super professional and responsive. I was just happy to support a new business owner like myself. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement happened on March 2021. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website received a lot of engagement and excitement across genders — that was important for me. The site was clean, crisp, and to the point, and users didn’t need to search all over to book a schedule. My business has been very successful since opening day. 

The process was seamless — Adcuro Digital was in tune with my expectations, so I was happy with their work. 

How did Adcuro Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Adcuro Digital was great at project management. I was clueless about technology and was only working off an iPad. They explained things that I needed to do in many different ways, and they found other directions when I experienced difficulties. Overall, they were very accommodating.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adcuro Digital’s response time was very quick, and we dealt with issues expeditiously. They were very professional and kind, and right from the beginning they understood what I wanted. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any.

Don’t hesitate to engage with them. They are very professional and will do a great job.
