What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After launch, we started noticing more engaged browsing sessions. Customers were spending more time interacting with the site, not just scrolling, but actively asking questions and exploring recommendations. We also saw fewer support inquiries related to which product should I choose, which had been a common issue before.
Another noticeable improvement was in how customers navigated complex product decisions. Instead of jumping between pages, they could get guided suggestions in one place, which made the buying journey feel more structured.

Their project management felt very collaborative. They didn’t treat the assistant as a one-time delivery. After the initial version went live, they stayed involved in refining responses based on real user interactions.
They delivered milestones on time, but more importantly, they stayed flexible. When we needed adjustments, especially around how recommendations were phrased, they responded quickly and iterated without delay.
