This has cleared up several hours of "pajama time" (after-hours charting) for the medical staff using our platform. We’ve also seen improved consistency in note formatting across different users. Most importantly, the system supported clinicians instead of trying to replace them, which led to much higher adoption rates than we initially anticipated.

Another noticeable improvement was in how customers navigated complex product decisions. Instead of jumping between pages, they could get guided suggestions in one place, which made the buying journey feel more structured.
