I’m a SAP lead for a supermarket chain.

We needed a company that could provide us with managed IT support and consulting services.

What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired Accely INC. to help us with our human capital management (HCM) solution, specifically in the HR space. They help us with our SAP HCM and work with us to explore other areas as well.
We started the engagement by establishing a service agreement. We wanted to have the resources on a time and material basis. They then provided us with a full-time SAP HCM consultant, who works with us to solve issues and interact with our business and user community. They’ve recently submitted a proposal for a SAP database upgrade, and they’re currently working on one of our initiatives.
