78inc designed our branding, company profile, business cards, logo, and branding guidelines. We told them the colors we wanted for our logo, and they gave us various options.

We invested around $500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement lasted from October–November 2022. In the future, we’ll probably need them to design our e-commerce website for selling ITC devices.

78inc was the best. They provided great services, and the team was professional. I received highly positive feedback about their work — people asked who did our design.

The team delivered everything on time, and we typically communicated via WhatsApp, Skype, and Zoom.

Shree Hindu Mandal Hospital is a Non - Governmental Organization providing Healthcare Services to Patients in Tanzania. It has Three Branches as of the Date of this Review with over 4000 New Patients being helped through these Units. I am the Current Board Chairman of this Hospital and was a Board Member prior to this Appointment. This Organization just celebrated 100 Years of Existence in 2020.

We were initiating Digital Marketing Services and the Goal was to reach get more Awareness of our Services within the Community at Large.

We selected 78Inc as they had a Great Digital Presence to start with, had the Best Rates in the Market, and also offered Auxillary Services - Physical Branding that we were looking for. The fact that they took the time to understand our challenges and come up with various ideas has amazed us during the RFQ Process.

We went through all Normal Phases of Project Management, including Scoping, Refining, Aligned Goals, and Stakeholder Interviews + Feedback. They have Charted Plans and Little Targets for this Project and continue giving us Monthly Reports to ensure the High-Level Management is aware of the Progress. They use Collaboration Tool by the Name of Trello to be able to Effectively Monitor and Collaborate with our Team Members on the Ground.

Close to 20 Members, including CEO of the Hospital, and Many Head of Individual Clinics.

The Project has been Successful and the SLA is still Ongoing. We have seen Awareness Increase that has translated into Growth in our Patient Numbers over the Past 2 Years, topping a All Time High this November 2022.

The workflow was managed using Collaboration Tools like Trello. However, Site Visits and Meetings/Calls are done as per Requirements of Specific Objective of the Project.

Their Understanding of the Requirements in a Few Visits and Fluid Communication was really Impressive. Their Content is available widely and can be Judged by the Public.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, Auto Reminders on Pending Tasks would be Lovely and Access Level Controls, so that not everyone from our Team, is seeing all the Posts/Works that are going On.

I am the Country Manager of the organization. TP Services Limited is the Official partner for Travelport in Tanzania and Comoros. We have been the Operator since 2016 in the market. We had customer in the market tell us in our monthly meetings that the content is appreciated and have customers report or use the content too.

We meet every month but receive regular updates from the 78 Inc and are efficient to resolve within time frame. Both teams communications is amazing and always in touch.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The use of Trello for sharing the content to be posted the next month, approval systems and if any changes its done instantly. Monthly meetings with Strategist and Creative along with one in 3 months meeting with Owner - Reena & Ash

At current, all the requirements are consistently met by 78Inc Team thus we only are promoting them with our customers, supplier and vouch for their work.
